16th annual Shriekfest Horror Film Festival announces schedule

LOS ANGELES – Shriekfest Horror Film Festival announced the schedule for the festival, on Sept. 19. The event will be celebrating 16 years. It focuses on horror, science-fiction and screenplays. The opening party takes place at Club Sinister/Boardners and the festival will take place at Raleigh Studios.
On Oct. 6, the opening night party and is from 8 p.m. to 12 a.m. The price of admission is $10, it includes one ticket to a screening of any film at Shriekfest Horror Film Festival. Price of admission is $20 for Oct. 7, weekend pass for Oct. 8 through Oct. 9 and is $75. The full festival pass costs $140.00. It includes attendance to the opening party, all screenings, question and answer sessions and guaranteed seating. Individual screenings for the festival are $10 each. Festival passes for Oct. 8 and 9 are $40 each individually. All prices exclude service fees.
Feature films being screened at Shriekfest Horror Film Festival on Oct. 7 include: “Parasites”, “Occupants” and “Teleios”. It runs five hours, from 7 p.m. to 12 a.m.
On Oct. 8, short programs will start the festivities from 12 p.m. to 3:39 p.m. Cornelius Broderick’s demo reel, “Touch of Love”, “The Captors”, “It’s All In Your Head”, “The Last Bullet”, “Fly Spy”, “Crazy”, “Borderline”, “Eat”, “The Voodoo Dick”, “Starfucker”, “Somniloquy”, “Yummy Meat: A Halloween Carol”, “Shutter”, “The Light Thief”, “Girl #2”, “The Scared One”, “Surgery”, “Used Body Parts”, “Blight”, “How Deep Can I Go” will be the motion pictures screened.
Starting at 4 p.m. and running until minutes prior to midnight is another block of featured films at Shriekfest Horror Film Festival, on Oct. 8. “Gehenna – Where Death Lives”, “I Had Bloody Good Time at House Harker”, “Dead Awake” and “Paramedics” will be displayed.
Alan Chan’s demo reel, “The Amazing Mr. Moji”, “Ideal”, “The Call of Charlie”, “Darla”, “The Cleansing Hour”, “Ambulance”, “Bounce House of Horror”, “From Another Place”, “Tales From The Toilet”, “Eyeless”, “Monsters”, “PYTOR495”, “The Maiden”, “Be Still My Heart”, “Brentwood Strangler”, “The Disappearance of Willie Bingham”, “Flush”, “Roadside Assistance”, “The Chute” and “The Shitting” are part of the short programs on Oct. 9.
