Where male and female comics perform in this gender-bending, special edition comedy show

“Comedians in Drag Doing Comedy” (formerly known as “The Butch and Femme Comedy Tour”) is a novelty showcase where local, seasoned comedians perform comedy dressed as the opposite sex. This is a show for every type of comedian: straight, gay, male, female, trans, etc. They perform stand-up comedy sets and are followed by a bikini pageant style Q & A (as a parody of Miss Universe pageants). It is hosted by Anna Lepeley. She is a touring comedian, PhD, international health lecturer, and author of “Beer is Good for You”.

As a lesbian, Latin American comedian--Lepeley has toured the southeast United States with “Comedians in Drag Doing Comedy”. She has sold out venues and filled rooms with laughter. She has opened for Steve-O of MTV’s “Jackass”, Julie Goldman of Bravo’s “The People’s Couch”, and Chaunté Wayans.
