Fla. – Doug Stanhope will be touring the Sunshine State, starting on Sept. 19. The expedition will begin at Chizuko in Pensacola, Fla., on Sept. 19. It will conclude at the Improv in West Palm Beach, Fla., on Sept. 27. Brendon Walsh will be the special guest.
Stanhope started performing stand-up comedy in Las Vegas, in 1990. Since then, he was the host of Comedy Central’s “The Man Show” and “Girls Gone Wild”. He has made appearances on “The Howard Stern Show”, “Comedy Central Presents”, “Premium Blend”, NBC’s “Late Friday”, “Spy TV”, BBC’s “Floor Show Live”, Fox’s “Invasion of the Hidden Cameras”, “Fox News with Greta Van Sustern”, “The Jerry Springer Show” and BBC’s “Charlie Brooker’s Newswipe”.
Festivals Stanhope has taken part in include: Montréal’s Just For Laughs, Aspen US Comedy Arts, Chicago Comedy Festival and Edinburgh Festival Fringe Scotland.
Awards and accolades presented to Stanhope were Time Out New York’s “Best Comedy Performance of the Year” twice and the Strathmore Press Award for Best Act of the Fringe.
In the media, Stanhope was voted as one of the Top Ten Comics To Watch via Variety and The Hollywood Reporter.

Walsh was raised in Philadelphia and started performing stand-up comedy in Austin, Texas. He has appeared on Comedy Central’s “Premium Blend”, NBC’s “Last Comic Standing”, “CONAN”, HBO’s “Funny As Hell”, John Oliver’s “New York Stand Up Show”, Comedy Central’s “Half-Hour”, “Drunk History”, CBS’ “The Late Late Show”, ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live”, “Scary Monster”, Chelsea Peretti’s “One of the Greats” on Netflix”, IFC’s “Maron”, FX’s “Legit”, Tru TV’s “World’s Dumbest”, Comedy Central’s “@Midnight”, Tru TV’s “Almost Genius” and “Punching Henry” (also known as “And Punching the Clown”). He was the writer and producer for the final three episodes of Tru TV’s “World’s Dumbest”. He also provided voiceover work and currently writes for Disney XD’s “Pickle and Peanut”.
