Tech N9ne's The Calm Before The Storm set to pass through Pueblo Memorial Hall

PUEBLO, Colo. – Tech N9ne’s The Calm Before The Storm Tour approaches Pueblo Memorial Hall, on Oct. 8. The special guests on the expedition are Krizz Kaliko, JL and StarrZ. It will begin at Val Air Ballroom at West Des Moines, Iowa, on Sept. 8. It will come to an end at The Blue Note in Columbia, Mo., on Oct. 31.
Hailing from Kansas City, Mo.—Tech N9ne is an independent hip-hop artist and is part of the Strange Music, Inc. roster.
Since the early 1990s, Tech N9ne has been a trendsetter in the art of rap. He has the ability to speed up the rate of which he can perform and the ability to showcase his talents backwards. Ever since the late 1990s, he has released 11 studio albums and six collaboration records. His latest was “Strangeulaton Vol. II” and it was released in 2015.
Krizz Kaliko calls Kansas City, Mo. home and is part of the Strange Music, Inc. roster, as well. He blends singing, along with rapping. The topics he covers in his songs include: his struggle with vitiligo, his insecurities and bipolar disorder, his family and the way he parties.
Over Krizz Kaliko’s music career, his discography includes six releases including: “Vitiligo”, “Genius”, “Shock Treatment”, “Kickin’ and Screamin’”, “Son of Sam” and “Go”. “Go” features collaborations with Tech N9ne, Rittz, Stevie Stone, Ces Cru, JL and Wreckonize.
Such as Tech N9ne and Krizz Kaliko—JL is part of Strange Music, Inc. and is from Kansas City, Mo. He is part of the trio known as B.Hood—along with his brothers, Vi Royal and Zoo.
In 2011—JL released the mixtape, “Just Landed”. In the same year—he was featured on Tech N9ne’s song, “Worldwide Choppers”. The song also featured Busta Rhymes, Twista, Yelawolf, Ceza and more. “Brain Scatter” was the most recent offering, featured Tech N9ne and disributed on Aug. 12, 2012.
Starrz was born and raised in Baltimore. At the age of 16, he joined forces with DJ Tigga and K-Swift. His first mixtape, “Real Rap I”, was released in 2007. The sequel followed, in 2009. “Best Mixtape Ever” (2012) was downloaded over 7,000 times. It led him to signing with Relumae Records and the mixtape “Live Forever, Die Dope” was distributed in 2013. Recently, he joined “Art Cxlt”. The collective consists of painters, photographers, tattoo artists and videographers. They share the same passion for art.
