PUEBLO, Colo. -- Sareth-Fest Music and Comedy Festival Pueblo wrapped up the final year in Colo., from July 17 through July 19. The venues were The Downtown Bar, Smitty’s Greenlight Tavern, Presley’s and The Ethos. Thirst murdered by Liquid Death. It was sponsored by Chico, K Nails & Spa and Kuan’s Kitchen.
Erin Bates, Regional Marketing Manager of Liquid Death, sent a shipment of Liquid Death to Sareth Ney. It consisted of a Liquid Death hat, eight boxes consisting of 12 packs of three different flavors of Death Dust and seven cases of Liquid Death six packs (Doctor Death, Rootbeer Wrath, Sweet Reeper).
Some assisted him with photography/videography throughout the festival, after technical difficulties with Ney’s camera. Scott “Scoot” Limardo performed for the 12th year, on July 17. He was followed by Nate Wilde Baptist for his fourth appearance and brought up a special guest, Quack & Bush. The music portion was headlined with an almost 50 minute set by DJ Grinch of Grinch Studios. Limardo and an audience member danced in the walkway. The owner of The Downtown Bar, Keith Avery, stated the audience wanted more from DJ Grinch. He had 20+ minutes more than the other musicians.

The regular stand-up sets were 10 minutes each from Kreeger and McMullen. Ethan Everhart and Cori Stewart opted to perform 15 minutes. McMullen headlined. He was Ney’s guest on Pueblo’s Independent Multimedia Podcast, to wrap up the first night at The Downtown Bar.
On July 18, Adam Perez assisted with sound and Chico helped with duties at Smitty’s Greenlight Tavern. Ney interviewed Jeremiah Bundy about his journey as a musician.
The Hardly Nevers and some of the members mentioned it had been over a decade since they sang songs at Smitty’s Greenlight Tavern. The Assault Shakers followed with hillbilly bluegrass, as the crowd grew in size. The spectators demanded an encore from Scream At The Sky and it was their Pueblo debut. Diskount Vodka was the direct support and people were dancing in their seats. Apocalypse Born headlined and Tyler Richardson strolled through Smitty’s aisle to the front entrance, played his wireless bass and back up to the stage.

Pueblo’s Independent Multimedia Podcast at Presley’s started everything off, on July 19. Ney interviewed Ed and Presley Casack. Ney’s phone overheated while filming and they did a take two at the end. Pivotal Backfiire played punk rock music for the first half hour. Al-Phở-Bet Soup was hosted by Yen Hearts.
