Chronicling the Wu-Man Chu Chronicles
“Wu-Man Chu Chronicles” are a series of concert previews, concert reviews and artist interviews. The artist interviews range from filmmakers, musicians and more.
In the beginning, it started off as a standalone entity. The first music related artist to be interviewed on the “Wu-Man Chu Chronicles” was B-Real of Cypress Hill, before Cypress Hill’s sold out concert at House of Blues Sunset Strip. Other established musical guests include: Aaron Nordstrom of Gemini Syndrome, Brendon Small of Galaktikon, Cisco Adler, DJ Muggs of Cypress Hill and Soul Assassins, Hemlock, Jason Klein and Chris Warner of Butcher Babies, Five Finger Death Punch, Jill Janus of Huntress and John 5 of Rob Zombie and Serosia.
While in California, “Wu-Man Chu Chronicles” interviewed the locals too. The Los Angeles-based acts interviewed were: The Burning Of Rome, J Randy, The Shakers and Til All Is One. Prior to relocating, the interviews branched out into the mixed media industry. Mark Miller, Vice President of Clive Barker’s Seraphim, Inc., was the first guest outside of the music industry to be interviewed.
No Cover Podcast and Wu-Man Chu Chronicles joined forces. Artists from all over Colorado were interviewed including: Ashes Of The Ancient, Bleed To Death, Commerce of Cadavers, Con & Boogs, Despicable Dialects, DJ Mista B, DJ Grinch, Draghoria, Häj Päj, Into Awakening, It’s A Trade Thing, James Rice of In Much Of Madness, Julian Miera formerly of 3 Cheers For Blood and currently with Six Feet Of Anger, Litton DeJarnette of GrimLock, Russ Hayes, The Myth Of Logik, Nate Baptist, The Nitemare Sieve, No Thru Traffic, Randy Sanchez of Burns Like Hell, The Ragetones, Scott “Scoot” Limardo, Silence The Masses, Stolen Format and Taylor Litton of Mecha Mâché.
Nearing the end of Wu-Man Chu’s tenure in Colorado, he was told he only had two weeks left. Co-host of No Cover Podcast, Nate Baptist, and Wu-Man Chu recorded as many podcast episodes and interviews as they could. At times, they recorded four or five episodes per day.
