Daytona International Speedway to host first ever Country 500

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Country 500 will debut at Daytona International Speedway, from May 27 through May 29. The event is also recognized as “The Great American Music Fest at Daytona”. 40 artists from the world of country music will perform at the three-day festival and on three stages.
Luke Bryan, Florida Georgia Line, Kid Rock, Lady Antebellum and Willie Nelson will be headlining Country 500. The rest of the lineup includes: Trace Adkins, Jason Aldean, Frankie Ballard, Lee Brice, Brothers Osborne, Kristian Bush, Craig Campbell, Brandy Clark, Eli Young Band, Joe Diffie, Clare Dunn, Brooke Eden, Sara Evans, Tyler Farr, Colt Ford, Frank Foster, Montgomery Gentry, Jamestown Revival, Jamey Johnson, Little Big Town, Dustin Lynch, Jennifer Nettles, Jerrod Niemann, Eric Pasley, Mo Pitney, Cassadee Pope, Mac Powell, Raelynn, Chris Stapleton, Marty Stuart, The Cadillac Three, Josh Thompson, Charlie Worsham and Dwight Yoakam will also be part of the lineup.
Festival producer of Country 500, Quint Davis, expressed his excitement. He stated, “The Country 500 is coming to Daytona! From Jason Aldean Friday Night to Luke Bryan Sunday night, and a rocked-out home coming for Florida Georgia Line, plus Kid Rock and Willie Nelson on the big Saturday night.”
Daytona International Speedway Track President, Joie Chitwood Iii, also spoke highly of the festival’s lineup and the organizers of Country 500. He cited, “Festival Productions - New Orleans has done an amazing job putting together top-notch entertainment that will entertain thousands of guests in the infield of Daytona International Speedway.”
Spectators will have the option to find lodging inside Daytona International Speedway’s infield or find lodging in surrounding areas. For those choosing to camp out at the infield, have the option to ranging from tent to RV space. Budgets for all sizes will be offered. Ticket packages range from early bird, “Crew Chief VIP Experience’ and “VIP Pit Pass”.
Many attractions and festivities will take place during the Memorial Day weekend at Country 500 including: arcade games, carnival rides, cooling water elements, country-and-western merchandise vendors, fireworks, food booths, food trucks, meet-and-greets and many more.
