Bonkerz Comedy Club to welcome Jim Florentine and Chad Zumock

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Jim Florentine and Chad Zumock will be performing stand-up comedy at Bonkerz Comedy Club, on April 30. Their tour will begin at Colonial Theater in Phoenixville, Pa., on April 29. It will conclude at Rock On The Range in Columbus, Ohio, on May 21.
Florentine is an actor, writer, comedian, performer, podcast host, stand-up comedian, television host and a voice artist.
One of Florentine’s acting credits included “A Little Help”. The cast included Jenna Fischer (“The Office”) and Chris O’Donnell (“Scent of a Woman”). He has appeared on several television programs. As a comedian and voice artist—Florentine voiced two characters, Special Ed and Bobby Fletcher, on “Crank Yankers”.
As a touring comedian, Florentine was the opening act on tours featuring Anthrax, Megadeth, Slayer, Metallica. He continues to perform at festivals throughout the country. Florentine once hosted VH1 Classic’s “That Metal Show” with Eddie Trunk and Don Jamieson. He has two released comedy records, “Cringe N Purge” and “Awful Jokes From My First Comedy Notebook”, on Metal Blade Records. His podcast is titled, “Comedy, Metal and Midgets”.

Zumock graduated from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio. In the summer of 2004, he moved to Los Angeles and pursued a career in stand-up comedy. His accomplishments include appearances on the Artie Lange Show, Bob & Tom Show, Spike TV, Cinemax and more. He was a writer on Comedy Central’s Roast of William Shatner, in 2006. His comedy album, “Adventures in Argyle”, was released in 2012 and it peaked in the Top 20 iTunes charts. It can be heard on Sirius XM’s channel, Raw Dog, and Pandora.
For over three years—Zumock is a disc jockey for Cleveland’s radio station, 100.7 WMMS. His program airs during the drive-time hours and it is rated number one in many key demographics. His podcast, “Sit Down Zumock!”, currently has 17,000 subscribers and 10,000 weekly downloads.
