Katt Williams Conspiracy Theory tour stop to include CFE Arena

ORLANDO, Fla. - Katt Williams will be bringing his Conspiracy Theory Tour to the CFE Arena, on Feb. 19. The tour will begin at Bojangles’ Coliseum in Charlotte, N.C. on Jan. 15. It will conclude at The Grand Theater at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Conn. on April 23.
Williams is an actor, rapper and stand-up comedian. In almost 20 years of being in the entertainment industry—Williams continues to sell out arenas with his stand-up comedy. He can also be seen on television programs and in film.
Born in Cincinnati on Sept. 2, 1971 and raised in Dayton, Ohio—Williams would move to Fla., during his teenage years. He worked as a door-to-door salesman. As a teenage comic, he performed a five-minute improvised routine and delighted his first audience. From then on, he knew comedy was his calling.
Stand-up comedy would lead him to performing in clubs throughout the country including: The Comedy Club, The Ice House and The Improv. In 1999—he would be featured on the same bills as Dave Chapelle, Martin Lawrence and Chris Rock.
After performing on stage with well-known television and movie stars, Williams would transition into film and television. In 2002, he made his first television show appearance in “NYPD Blue”. “The Tracy Morgan Show”, “My Wife and Kids”, voiceover work in “The Boondocks”, “Wild n’ Out”, “Girlfriends”, “Cuts”, “Nick Cannon Presents: “Short Circuitz” and “Larry the Cable Guy’s Christmas Spectacular” followed.
Several of Williams’ stand-up comedy shows turned into HBO Specials too. They include: “The Pimp Chronicles Pt. 1”, “It’s Pimpin’ Pimpin’, “Kattpacalypse”, “Priceless: Afterlife”, “Katt Williams Live” and “American Hustle”. Other comedy specials include: “Katthouse Comedy”, “Live: “Let A Playa Play” and “Pimpadelic”.
For Williams’ film career, he has appeared in the following: “Friday After Next”, “Rebound”, “Epic Movie”, “First Sunday”, “Treasure n tha Hood”, “Behind The Smile”, “Norbit”, “The Perfect Holiday”, “Lonely Street”, “Young American Gangstas”, voiceover work in “Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore”, “The Obama Effect”, “Scary Movie 5”, “School Dance” and “American Bad Boy”.
Currently, Williams is venturing in the world of fashion with his partnership with LXIII Shoes and Truf Fur Collection. In 2016—he is set to co-star in the film, “Bastards”, with Ed Helms and Owen Wilson.
