Lisa Lampanelli to perform stand-up comedy at Hard Rock Live Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla. – Lisa Lampanelli will perform stand-up comedy at Hard Rock Live, on Jan. 20. Her 2017 showcase dates begins on Jan. 13 at Brady Theater in Tulsa, Okla. The winter and spring trek concludes on May 27 at Borgata Music Box Theater in Atlantic City, N.J. She is an actress, comedian, producer and writer.
As an actress, Lampanelli has appeared on the television programs: “Celebrity Apprentice”, “Samurai Love God”, “Larry the Cable Guy’s Christmas Spectacular”, “Reno 911!”, “Whitney”, “Bounty Hunters”, “Inside Amy Schumer” and “2 Broke Girls”. She has provided voiceover work on “Robotomy”, “CollegeHumor Originals”, “Aqua Teen Hunger Force” and “The Simpsons”. Through “Celebrity Apprentice”, she was able to raise $130,000 for the Gay Men’s Health Crisis, after being one of the last four remaining contestants.
In film, Lampanelli co-starred in the following: “Larry the Cable Guy: Health Inspector”, “Delta Farce”, “Drillbit Taylor”, “Group Sex”, “Whitney”, “Not Fade Away” and “Frozen on Broadway: First Look”.
Lampanelli’s writing credits include: “Lisa Lampanelli: The Queen of Mean”, “Lisa Lampanelli: Take It Like a Man” and “2011 AVN Awards Show”. She wrote and served as the executive producer on “Lisa Lampanelli: Dirty Girl”, “Lisa Lampanelli: Long Live the Queen”, “Lisa Lampanelli: Tough Love” and “Lisa Lampanelli: Back to the Drawing Board”. In the same year “Lisa Lampanelli: Long Live the Queen” was released—Harper Collins published her autobiography, “Chocolate, Please: My Adventures in Food, Fat and Freaks”. EPIX premiered “Lisa Lampanelli: Back to the Drawing Board” and it was nominated for a 2015 GRAMMY Award. It was her second nomination.
Most recently, Lampanelli wrote and co-starred in “Stuffed” at the Women’s Project Theater in New York. Ashley Austin Morris assisted with more material and it was directed by Jackson Gay (“These Paper Bullets!”). The preview started on Sept. 23, the opening night took place on Oct. 7 and production wrapped on Nov. 6.
For the first two rows and tables, ticket prices for Lampanelli’s performance are $55. The main floor is $45 and the upper balcony is $40 each. Ticket prices exclude facility and service charges. For table seating purchases, they must be purchased in one transaction. The doors will open at 7 p.m. and it will begin at 8 p.m. It is intended for mature audiences only and parental guidance is strongly suggested, due to the content. Backpacks, extended lens cameras, video cameras and tablets (i.e. Apple iPad) are prohibited.
