DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Dirt Nasty and Mickey Avalon brought their “Married to the Game” tour to to the Ocean Deck Restaurant and Beach Club, on Jan. 14. They were the co-headliners, N2FW was the opening act and GRS was the direct support. Of the co-headliners—Dirty Nasty performed first, Mickey Avalon followed second and they performed together for the encore. Jimmy South was the DJ, for all four acts on the bill.
After appearing on stage, Dirt Nasty interacted with the audience. After saying he knew someone in attendance had to be celebrating their birthday, cheers from various parts of the venue were heard. After being offered a drink—one woman crowd surfed and danced with him on stage. Drinks were offered to him, from every direction of the stage. He declined most of their offers because he stated he only drinks whiskey. He continued with “Cracker Ass Fantastic”. He would end his set with “1980”.
“So L.A”, “Animal Lover”, “Baby Dick”, TJR’s “Polluted (TAITO Remix)”, “Pu**y Too Hot” and “I Can’t Dance” were also a part of Dirt Nasty’s set.
Jimmy South played a portion of the Spanish version of Toni Basil’s “Hey Mickey” and Avalon appeared on the stage. He continued his performance with “Mr. Right”. As he walked near the front of the stage, women tugged on his shirt. He mentioned Dirt Nasty would accompany him for the encore, after his recital. One audience member attempted to reach for a microphone near the front of the stage, Jimmy South noticed him and the spectator was soon escorted out of the venue.
“Mickey’s Girl”, “Drugs”, “So Rich, So Pretty”, “Friends and Lovers”, “Mr. Brownstone”, “I’m Hot” and “On The…” were also part of Mickey Avalon’s set.
Prior to “What Do You Say”, Dirt Nasty made his way onto the stage and returned with a new wardrobe. He spoke of squashing the feud between him and Avalon. He stated the reasoning behind it was because they wanted to offer their fans new music. To celebrate the occasion, he offered their new collaborative effort to them for free. After singing a few tracks from their new record, they ended with “My Dick”. After the performance ended, they took time to hug and take photos with the spectators.
“Top Down”, “Netflix & Chill”, “Meet Me in the Bathroom” and “Jane Fonda” were also part of Dirt Nasty and Mickey Avalon’s encore.
