DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Mat Alano-Martin will be performing stand-up comedy at the Tir na nOg Irish Pub. It will be featuring Casey Crawford and Zach Bennett will be hosting the show.
Alano-Martin is touring the U.S. promoting his first comedy album, “Profiled and Such”. He hosts the podcast, “Strangers on the Road”. He is the co-founder of the following festivals, Limestone Comedy Festival and Arch Comedy Festival.
“Profiled and Such” could be heard on Sirius/XM Radio on the Raw Dog comedy channel. It is available for purchase on digital platforms including iTunes and Amazon. Physical copies can be purchased through Landlocked Music or any of his shows.
Guests of “Strangers on the Road” consisted of: Marc Maron, Tim Meadows, Violent Femmes’ Victor DeLorenzo and countless others. Other than Alano-Martin, he has performed at several festivals and clubs throughout the U.S.
Hailing from Daytona Beach, Crawford performs comedy throughout north and central Fla. His material consists of fatherhood, weight gain, southern moms and his children’s artwork. He describes the artwork as creepy.
Every second Friday, Casey hosts the comedy night at Corazon Cinema and Café. The venue is located in St. Augustine, Fla. When he is not “slinging jokes from the hip”—his interests are reading, listening and seeing.
During Crawford’s stand-up comedy career, he has shared the stage with a handful of touring comedians. They comics include: Dave Stone, Ryan Singer, Andy Sandford and Brian Posehn. Crawford has performed at Beast Village Comedy Festival and Orlando Indie Comedy Festival.
Bennett’s roots are from the city of Daytona Beach. He is the host of the event known as, The Last Laugh Comedy Open Mic, at Tir na nOg Irish Pub. Every Wednesday and alternating with Marty Chris Labbe, they host comedy showcases and open mics. Throughout the week, Bennett showcases his comedy routines throughout north and central regions of Fla.
After graduating from high school, Bennett attended Daytona State College. His favorite quotes were drawn from the films and books based on the works of Chuck Palahniuk (“Fight Club” and “Choke”).
