They will be joined by Anthrax, Crobot, Exodus, Fireball Ministry, Hatebreed, Huntress, Kyng, Motörhead, Phil Campbell’s All-Starr Band, Slayer, Suicidal Tendencies and more to be announced. Jim Wilson is the guitarist and vocalist, Scott Ian (Anthrax) is the guitarist, Pearl Aday is the backup vocalist, Joey Vera is he bassist and John Tempesta is the drummer of Motor Sister.
When Ian turned 50 years old, his birthday wish was to reunite Mother Superior and be part of the lineup. Ian’s wife, Aday, granted his birthday wish and introduced him to Wilson. Ian wanted a concert at his house and it led to one album. The rest of the band joined in, shortly after. They named the band Motor Sister after Mother Superior’s song, “Little Motor Sister”.
