House of Blues to host Our Lady Peace and A Brilliant Lie

ORLANDO, Fla. – Our Lady Peace will kick off their mid-Oct. tour at the House Of Blues, on Oct .13. The Oct. trek will begin at House of Blues in Dallas, on Oct. 18. They will take a little over a month off and end 2015 with a New Year’s Eve concert at Casino New Brunswick in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada. For their stop in Orlando, Fla., A Brilliant Lie will be the direct support.
Rain Maida is the vocalist, Duncan Coutts is the bassist and Steve Mazur is the bassist of Our Lady Peace.
In 1992—Our Lady Peace was formed in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. “Won’t Turn Back” was the most recent single and music video by the band. The song was released on July 15, 2014. It was released through Coalition Music Records, Inc. and it could be purchased via iTunes.
During Our Lady Peace’s career, Our Lady Peace released eight records total. They include: “Naveed” (1995), “Clumsy” (1997), “Happiness Is Not A Fish You Can Catch” (1999), “Spiritual Machines” (2001), “Gravity” (2002), “Healthy in Paranoid Times” (2005), “A Decade” (2006), “Burn Burn” (2009) and “Curve” (2012). They released one live album/DVD called “Live From Calgary and Edmonton”.

Tara Lightfoot is the vocalist and guitarist, Chris Lane is the drummer, Jason Lemrond is the guitarist and keyboardist, Matthew Movens is the guitarist and backup vocalist and Nick Scout is the bassist of A Brilliant Lie.
A Brilliant Lie will be promoting a trio of EP releases. The remaining two EPs to complete the series known as “Threads” will be released in the winter of 2015 and the spring of 2016. They have released two EPs prior.
The first EP, “Threads: Cutter”, was released in July of 2015. The first single, “Circles For Sewing”, from the three-piece set can be streamed on YouTube. “Always at Odds”, “Pieces”, “Drive ‘Til Morning” and “Bittered Bone” were the names of the track listing for the first EP.
