JEROME, Ariz.—Puscifer will be embarking on a nationwide tour to promote their upcoming album, “Money Shot”. Their tour will begin on Nov. 1 at Monster Mash Festival in Tempe, Ariz. It will conclude on Dec. 14 at Vavapai College Performance Hall in Prescott, Ariz. Tickets are currently on sale and very important person (VIP) packages are available.
Maynard James Keenan will be providing vocals, Mat Mitchell will be the lead guitarist, Carina Round will be the vocalist, guitarist, play the banjitar and tambourine, Jeff Friedl will be playing the drums and provide samples, Mahsa Zargaran will be playing the piano and multiple instruments and Paul Barker (Lead Into Gold, Ministry) will be playing the bass for the first leg of Puscifer’s upcoming tour.
Keenan recently spoke of the upcoming tour and he said, “As is the Modus Operandi of Puscifer, there will be a whole new show to accompany the Money Shot release. We’ve been leaving a few clues here and there as to what it may entail. As usual, we prefer to Show rather than tell. Odds are if you’ve been a fan of the diverse nature of our performances in the past, you’ll want to go ahead and place those bets.”
Pre-orders for signed and unsigned copies of Puscifer’s upcoming record, “Money Shot” are being taken through their website. An instant download of the first single from their album, “Grand Canyon” is available. To view the video for their song, “Grand Canyon”, please click here. The track list for the album include: “Galileo”, “Agostina”, “Grand Canyon”, “Simultaneous”, “Money Shot”, “The Arsonist”, “The Remedy”, “Smoke and Mirrors”, “Life of Brian (Apparently You Haven’t Seen)” and “Autumn”.
The Pearl Concert Theater at Palms Casino Resort was where Puscifer first performed live. Since then, a cast of characters have made their presences known and they include: Hildy Berger, Major Douche and Peter Merkin. They are an electro rock band, with a hint of comedy. According to their facebook statement—they “thrive on the element of surprise, have revamped their stage show, with no spoilers to share, we can only say it exceeds the production see in recent outings.”
