CHICAGO – Riot Fest will take place at Douglas Park, from Sept. 15 through Sept. 17. Nine Inch Nails will headline on Sept. 17, Queens of the Stone Age is headliner on Sep. 16 and Jawbreaker is the headlining act on Sept. 17.
