ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – Adam Cayton-Holland is slated to perform stand-up comedy at Sarbez, on Oct. 26. Ian Douglas Terry, Will Hancock and Gabe Koury will be joining him. Admission is $5 and it starts at 9 p.m. Sarbez is located at 115 Anastasia Blvd. St. Augustine, Fla. 32080.
Cayton-Holland is a Denver-based national touring, headlining comedian. He is part of the The Grawlix troupe.
For television, Cayton-Holland writes and stars in “Those Who Can’t”. He operates the High Plains Comedy Festival in Denver. His albums are, “I Don’t Know If I Happy” and “Backyards”. “Tragedy Plus Time” is his upcoming book.
Esquire magazine named Cayton-Holland as one of the “25 Comics to Watch” and one of the “10 Comics to Watch” by Variety. He was a guest on the Nerdist, Comedy Bang Bang and Sklabro podcasts.
Hancock resides in Denver and co-producer of Ratio Comedy.
Crom Comedy Festival was a festival Hancock helped produce. It originated in Omaha, Neb. and operated from 2013 through 2017. He performed in the following venues, cities, states and countries: O’Leaver’s (Omaha, Neb. U.S.), Kensington Hall with Karl Hess (Toronto, Ontario, Canada), Double Double Land with Brett Davis (Toronto, Ontario, Canada) and at Ratio Beerworks (Denver, Colo., U.S.).
The Fest in Gainesville, Fla. is Hancock’s next festival appearance. He appears on the bill with Terry, Hancock, Cayton-Holland and others.
Terry resides in Denver, by way of Omaha, Neb.
According to Terry’s bandcamp profile, he performed stand-up comedy when he was unable to perform in a pop-punk band. He founded the annual Crom Comedy Festival and part of OK Party Comedy. His past comedy festival appearances included: The Fest (Gainesville, Fla.), The Laugh Track Comedy Festival (Denver) and The High Plains Comedy Festival (Denver).
“…and Out Comes the Ghost Horse” was released by Terry, in 2013. In 2014, Terry recorded an album with Andy Sell and Zach Peterson.
Koury assists bands with press, public relations and booking with his company called Little Monkey Press. His market includes Toronto, Ontario, Canada and Montreal, Québec, Canada. He specializes in punk, comedy-punk and hardcore shows.
1st love W!NSLOW was the band Koury was part of, for seven years. He booked tours for his band. They appeared on stage at 2008’s Vans Warped Tour and received radio play on CHOM 97.7. He wrote press reviews for their extended plays (EPs) and their music videos could be seen on Musique Plus.
