Sareth-Fest Music and Comedy Festival takes place over seven stages, six days and four venues

PUEBLO, Colo. – Sareth-Fest Music and Comedy Festival took place at three venues, from Aug. 3 through Aug. 8. Phil’s Bar and Music Venue was the host of three of the dates, Rainbow Bar, J Michaels Union Avenue Pub and Kadoya Gallery hosted one night each. It was sponsored by NuVue Pharma, featured over 50 artists from all over the U.S. and almost every genre of music.

Justin Rodemoyer and Heather Ramsey’s Phil’s Bar and Music Venue featured a night of hip-hop. The artists on the bill were: Roy Rumble, Nuworld DJ, Mope and Vigilant, Mad Author, Despicable Dialects, The Myth of Logik and Con & Boogs.

Gloria “Juls” Stinum’s J Michael’s Union Avenue was the place for the comedy portion of Sareth-Fest Music and Comedy Festival. Randall Chadwick, Paul Rosales, Kano Williams, Edward “EJ Nonstop” Hickson, Pamla May Sterner and Otis, Sareth Ney, Andre “Rude Boy” Ferrell, Patrick Butkovich, Douglas Sterner, Ashton Plascencia, Devin “Da Fool”, Wu-Man Chu and Garrett Waller performed individual sets. John Bueno performed a guest set, as well as an audience member.
John Brown was roasted by comedians from all over southern Colo. including: Butkovich, Megan Robinson, Douglas Sterner, Pamla May Sterner, Mel Klema and the roast master was Ben Verbeck. Comedians from Fla., Baltimore, Ariz., and Colo. performed comedy.

Phil’s Bar and Music Venue held a day of local rock musicians including: I Die Knowing, The Chelios Condition, Seven Days Lost, Myth of Creation, Dead End Stompers, Stolen Format, Thoz 1 Guyz, Cosmic Waste, Beneath The Floor Boards, Death By Cemetery, Creep Status, Bridges, Sins of Man, Into Awakening, Burns Like Hell and Scrotus. Prior to the start of Bridges’ “The Lion Among Men”—vocalist, Tyler Boyce, dedicated the song to Ney. Bands alternated sets throughout the day, as they utilized both stages of the venue.

Gregory Howell’s Kadoya Gallery welcomed singer/songwriter, duos more consisting of: Bois D’Arc, Riki Takaoka, The Ragetones, It’s A Trade Thing, Shanon Sinclair, Nate Baptist was assisted by Traemon McCabe and Ben Middleton, Jesse McCoy, Scott Limardo , In Much of Madness and Jarren Pointer.

Foggiest Notion, Might of Henry, Saustro and the Fruity Loops and James Hawken finished off the sixth and final day of Sareth-Fest Music and Comedy Festival.
