MT. HOOD, Ore. – The Overlook Film Festival takes place at Timberline Lodge, from April 27 through April 30.
An opening party starts at 8 p.m., on April 27. A film will be shown and is yet to be announced. “Lake Bodom” and “Prey” will be shown too.
On April 28, the following films will be screened: “Like Me”, “Hounds of Love”, “The Bad Batch”, “Two Pigeons”, “The Untamed”, “Primal Screen”, “MFA”, “The Pumpkin Pie Show”, “Lady MacBeth”, “The Killing Ground”, “The Bar”, “Psychopaths”, “Meatball Machine Kodoku” and “The Dwarves Must Be Crazy”. A series of short films, centerpiece party and Dead Right Horror Trivia will be the attractions.
Second screenings of select films will be shown, on April 29. New films include: “Boys in the Trees”, “Terror 5”, “Still Born”, “Mayhem” and “Tales From Beyond The Pale”. Short films and Master of Horror: Roger Corman will take place.
“Paranorman”, “Like Me”, “Capture”, “Blood Drive”, “Terror 5”, “Prey”, “The Killing Ground” and “The Bar” will be screened on April30 with select repeat screenings.
Michael Lerman and Landon Zakheim are the festival co-directors. Andrew Greenblatt is the managing director, Jay Wertzler is the director of operations, Alex Fountain is the technical director, Natalia Toral is the marketing/events manager, Stephanie Hough is the volunteer manager, Lili Rodriguez is the programming manager and Jesse Dubus is the print traffic manager.
