JACKSONVILLE, Fla.—Monster Energy Welcome To Rockville is too monstrous for one venue to contain. On April 15—Danny Wimmer Presents, the City of Jacksonville and SMG announced it will expand from Metropolitan Park and into a portion of Everbank Field. The expansion was made due to high demand in ticket sales. With the 25% expansion capacity, 50,000 attendees are expected to attend from 40,000. Due to the rise in capacity, Gator Bowl Blvd. will be closed at the boundary of Lot TT, from 6 p.m. on April 24 through 2 a.m. on April 27.
With the expansion into Jacksonville Jaguar territory, a new partnership was formed. The National Football League (NFL) will host the Ultimate Rock-N-Jock Experience contest. It will conclude on April 22 and entries can be submitted by clicking here. The winner and three friends will receive:
